![]() ![]() In the following example 005D14FC is the memory address to be written to and 00000001 is the data to be written to that address. This is where CB2crypt comes in handy to decrypt the code into a usable state. I have ran across this several times with codebreaker.Ĭodebreaker codes are in the following format: 0A2F6F31 00000001 So to keep it short and sweet some of the codes that you are using are probably bad and trying to write values to invalid memory addresses. When the memory address is invalid you will see TLB Miss in the console. If the memory address that is being wrote to is invalid or it is expecting a different datatype than is being wrote to it then the cheat will often crash the game or will yield unexpected results. What you are doing by putting those lines in the pnach file is telling pcsx2 to write/overwrite values directly to memory. To understand what is going on you need to understand how pcsx2 handles cheats. It seems to work some red stuff showed on the console and I thought it was normal and then it started freezing and unfreezing shortly after and then it would crash and spam red stuff all over the console.
